I thought this was excellent, especially the part about walking, which is something I’ve been doing for several decades (well, walking in a letting open / letting go kind of way). I found what I call a _special spot_, a beautiful not much frequented forest area, with soft springy ground, light shining thru trees and leafs, winds, not far from where I lived, and went on purely “analog” – no devices – walks. Now I live more in town, but still find special spots, not necessarily as beautiful as those first woods, but still open and natural. I think they are always there.
